I tried this before and it didn’t work, however i tried it again after a new fresh Windows 7 64bit installation and it works like a charm ! thanks a lot !
i had the problem mention above that ONLY the play/pause buttons works when iTunes is minimized, and NOT the Skip tracks, however after installing the IntlleiType Keyboard 8.0 Microsoft keyboard software the problem had disappear and now the SKIP TRACK KEYS are WORKING as well !

Hey this was PERFECT! I was so frustrated because my keyboard has like 1000 functions and it wouldn’t work with iTunes in the background!

Now it does everything I ever needed it to! Thanks a ton!!!
