About the Author

• I am currently a 19 year old freshman student at Campbell University in the USA where I’m studying Computer Information Systems (CIS). I love computers but Macs are my passion as I switched to them a few years ago. As you might assume I also love music and have a massive itunes collection, which I listen to all the time and use for DJ gigs that I do. I have always wanted to help people with their itunes/ipod needs, and if you have a facebook account you can join my All About iPod & iTunes support group there, it’s for Mac and windows.
