Extend the Life of Your iTunes Movie Rentals to 30 Days
I have created two very simple scripts that will allow an itunes movie rental to last for a full 30 days rather than the measly 24 hours given by default. To use just download the zip file from one of the download mirrors. Be sure to read the included READEME file before using. Enjoy! 
Disclaimer: This script in no way infringes on Apple Inc rights, it is not a hack or exploit of itunes software, it simply automates a basic file copy opperation. Also this do NOT remove the 30 clock so movies do still expire like they should. It just gives the user a more respectible amount of time to watch the movie, is that too much to ask Apple? After all one can rent a DVD for much longer than 24 hours.
